Love the simple design (vs. other exchange apps) and it's easy to navigate within the app. I didn't have any trouble with deposits or withdrawls. Mainly have been using the mobile app for making limit orders and staking coins, which, again, has great usability due to its simple interface. Couldn't have designed any better! Excited for more coins to be listed, along with great staking return rate.

I've been doing business with CoinMetro for a long time now, and I really appreciate their service and their support team. They've always been really responsive and helpful whenever I've had any issues. Verification was pretty easy too. They also recently added the option for debit / credit card deposits which are nearly instant which is nice. They charge a $5 flat fee to withdraw to bank account which is reasonable for larger withdrawals. They're my go-to crypto exchange.

IF YOU HAVE CAMERA ISSUES, take a picture of a digital copy of your license! It's easier --- Devs: The photo verification is hell. The front camera won't focus and it is difficult to center your license on the back camera. Randomly while doing this, a pop-up will appear: "To fully access the platform, please verify your account by completing our VERIFICATION PROCESS" that forces you to restart the whole thing. This is actually ridiculous

Installed on 11/20/2021 Works great on android. The app is responsive, and the layout is intuitive to navigate. I use CoinMetro because it doesn't spam my phone/email with notifications I have to “op out” of. It doesn't beg me to trade on margin, which means CoinMetro isn’t designed to make a profit off me when I use leverage. It’s also the only exchange I’ve used with quick responding customer support. I’ve never had a service rep take longer than 3 minutes to respond. I Highly recommend it!

After downloading and setting up an account in the app, I tried 15 times on 3 different devices to kyc verify using my drivers license only to have an error keep occurring on all my devices. I then reached out to support via email, only to then be told that they only want a passport for verification. Ok so why would an option be available for using a drivers license or government ID if that isn't what they want to verify? Makes no sense, I don't have a passport. What a joke!

Nice crypto onramp, good list of coins and tokens. The charts on the exchange page are great! The user interface could use a few tweaks here and there but overall a great exchange.
