সাবুনগুয়াল মেলানোমা বা নেইল মেলানোমা হলো একটি স্কিন ক্যান্সার। এ ক্যান্সারেটি নখের নিচে হয়ে থাকে। মেলানোমায় আক্রান্ত শূন্য দশমিক ৭ থেকে ৩ দশমিক ৫ শতাংশ রোগীর স্কিন ক্যান্সার হলো নেইল মেলানোমা। আমেরিকান অ্যাকাডেমি অব ডার্মাটোলজির প্রতিবেদন অনুযায়ী, নেইল মেলানোমা একটি বিরল ক্যান্সার হলেও এ রোগের লক্ষণগুলো জেনে রাখা প্রয়োজননখের নিচে কালো বা বাদামী রেখার আবির্ভাব হতে পারে নেইল মেলানোমার একটি প্রধান লক্ষণ। নখে কালো ক্ষত হওয়া সবচেয়ে মারাত্বক। আর সঙ্গে যদি নখের পাশ দিয়ে রক্তপাত হয় এবং প্রদাহ তৈরি হয় তবে দ্রুত চিকিত্‍সকের শরণাপন্ন হওয়া উচিত। কারণ এটি ‘মেলানোমা’র পূর্বাভাস, যা এক ধরনের ক্যান্সার।তবে এটা মনে রাখতে হবে যে, ব্ল্যাক ব্যান্ড বা কালো রেখাই নেইল মেলানোমার একমাত্র উপসর্গ নয়। নেইল মেলানোমার অন্যান্য লক্ষণগুলো হলো
