Tive um problema muito sério, meu pedido foi pago online as 20h (e confirmado), as 22h não tinha sido enviado e descobri ligando que não faziam ideia desse pedido (fui esquecido), no outro dia consegui falar pelo chat e pedir reembolso, mas até agora nada foi creditado e de quebra mandam ligar no MEU BANCO pra resolver, um absurdo de um descaso. não use esse app pra pedir.
