The instructions on this app are not satisfactory, it doesn't use proper notation and gets all the colours wrong. It can't solve even the simplest of solves and isn't in my opinion made with enough effort. It would seem that the person who made this app doesn't him/herself know how to solve the rubiks cube. It could be improved if it was made so that you first took photos of all the sides and then it worked out how to solve it and gave you a set algorithm with a certain side facing towards you.
