Circa 2019 my first experience with Alpha grocery was not good. Payments, cart updation there were lot of problems. I vowed never to use it. Fast forward to 2020 I see an easy to navigate, very smart and intelligent App which is any shopper's delight... Loved it and will be using it now.... I must say they have used the investors money to upgrade their tech solution very very well.

There is some problem in updation of app.I tried for many times . Old: You have removed Oriental Bank of Commerce from payment gateway after merger of OBC, United bank of India with PNB, but United Bank of India is available for payment. On other sites we are making payment through OBC. You are requested to look into the matter, so we may make payment through netbanking.

Easy to use this aap compare to bigbasket aap, I am using both the app. Alpha Grocery app is accurate about delivery slots. It would great if you can add an option for email address integration in this aap. as of now it is limited to using mobile number sign in. Over all good and trusted brand in Bangalor...
