This APP is very buggy. Calculates wrongly. I reported to them, no answer. It seems this is no longer maintained and is abandonned. Better to use Mahjong Helper instead. I am going to uninstall this one.

This app has everything you need for scoring and keeping track of tournaments. I would give it 5 stars if you could adjust the minimum points required for a winning hand for novice players in tournaments.

About this app

Mahjong Round — is a handy helper in organizing amateur tournaments on Mahjong based on Mahjong Competition Rules (MCR).

This application can be used for local tournaments without access to Internet or if number of players is so small, that the scoring of all players can be carried on a single device.

If the tournament involves large number of players, you can use the network mode. In this case a number of devices are connected to the same tournament, so several people can comfortably carry on scoring for a large number of players.

There is a built-in combinations calculator that is used for players scoring, avoiding errors and any disputes. Calculator can be used standalone without creating the tournament for training games.
