Fantastic app! Fun & effective ... I am new to music & reading notes but this makes it simple ... immediately builds association with fret position. The developer is responsive & helpful. Kudos to a job well done!

I have researched in-depth all apps available that offer learning the Guitar Fret Notes alone with Sight Reading the Guitar Treble Staff for teaching a person to be able to play Guitar while reading the Musical Notes in sheet music. Android Apps are limited in this area. There are only very few that does this. Guitar Family Note Study is the Better One. It is quite simple and the best. The exercises in this app will most definitely teach you and better you to reading sheet music while playing your guitar.

This is one of very few apps that train notes from sheet music to fretboard. But there's no justification for paying for this app with how simple and unintuitive it is. There's no positive feedback for correct notes. A chime will sound, but it's not the sound of the note. The correct note isn't even highlighted. There's no feedback on what you've pressed at all besides a little chime that isn't related to the notes. It's a bad note trainer. Refunded.
