Video Watchdog says the app will be updated soon. Go to their Facebook page and see a recent post from Tim and Donna Lucas about this. They are trying to finish this before Adobe discontinues Flash in December 2020, because all their magazines and books are Flash-based. They are converting all their content to HTML5.

App is no longer supported for new versions of Android and won't open. This is very unfortunate as the content is excellent but the web reader is not great and I cant use the app at all.

The content is terrific for film fans who enjoy genre films from all eras and countries. You will always learn something with Video Watchdog. Once they get on a regular cycle, I'm sure this will be a 5 star app for sci-fi, horror, and fantasy film fans.
