I thought a few simple sentences was not enough to change my depressed mood. I was surprised that they jumped right off to commit to pay. I didnt feel it was worth $5. If they would have let me try it a few days, I might have seen a benefit. I cannot commit to a few sentences. Maybe it would work over time but after one 5 min session,, I didnt feel a few sentence was worth $5.

The original gg self confidence was a lot better. They turned it into this complete package that just isn't as focused on one problem area. The level system and especially the free daily play was amazing.

I really like it! I use it nightly, it helps me relax and fall asleep. I feel better in the morning if I use this app before bed. Simple, easy, encouraging.

I like this app, but it only let's you do three exercises a day, and no other way to practice during the day without having to start all over and then you find again at some point, you have to stop at three exercises. They need to have better instructions. There should be a clearly explained way to practice any time you want, as well as do the 3 main exercises a day.

Brilliant idea for an app! One of the hardest things about self improvement is consistency. The app keeps your attention while working on a subconscious level, and I really enjoyed at first. But you can only open the app once before it forever stays on the "fetching data" screen. The only way to get it to work is to uninstall and reinstall and loose all progress. I can see the app is still in beta, and I hope to use the app again once the "one time use" bug is resolved.

I found it helpful. UPDATE I found the level they have for the toolbox, however i noticed that when going back to it i had to redo the levels after it. I really like this app and have some other improvements to recommend to make it even better. I find it more effective to take my time when pulling/pushing the statements, but when I do i receive less stars for the level, which is not encouraging. Also spelling/grammar could be improved on many of the statements. Thank you.

BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY TO SELF LOVE
The app's many topics and themes are broken down into more than 500 levels. Each level has a pool of self-talk thoughts. Users are required to complete a random set of 'thoughts' to complete the level.
To further strengthen learning of supportive self-talk, each level the player completes is followed by a memory game in which one has to identify a supportive statements that appeared in the previous level.

The topics include: self esteem, belief in change, self criticism, negative thinking, coping, positive boost, comparing, perfectionism, emotions, social fears, self as an object, danger and threat, seeing the beauty, fear of abandonment, and more.
