This is absolutely amazing! Phenomenal amount of work to develop something like this. I have neglected my Hebrew for years and this perfect - it just reads the occasional word as I check them, whereas all other apps just read the whole thing without stopping. You've got to be kidding! This app had all the features i wanted but the audio is terrible. Advanced technology? Speak-and-Spell from the child's toy of 1978 was 20x better. Remember the movie E T? No way this app teaches you how to actually vocalize what you're reading. And there's no way to determine which syllable gets the accent. I should not have given this 2 stars, but I was trying to be nice. Probably a lot of effort went into this but my word to the developers is, Start over and try again.

I'm very impressed with the app and the direction its heading, I say direction because it hasn't quite arrived at the place where the synthesized voice is able to pronounce certain letters such as the "R". The only other issue is the reading speed slider, it has 3 settings instead of a variable potentiometer like slider. Once they solve the speech issue the problem with the pronounciation will not increase as the speed increases.

The audio is awful. It's like Stephen Hawking reading the Torah, only worse.

i purchased many chapters. a huge problem is it crashes on my Samsung 6s at least once to three times a day, all while reading. another huge inconvenience is when i tap a word to get it's English meaning, so often another word on the same screen would be highlighted instead. no idea why. will try to find a better product since I'm paying each time i read a new book.

Not really helpful. Reading voices (3 dialects) the "modern" doesn't sound natural 3 speeds: #1 = s...l...o...w... = torture; #2 kinda ok but still slow = boring; #3 moderate but not fast or normal. It's VERY choppy, syllables are shorter than the spaces between them. :(
