Used to love this app, 2 months ago it kept "updating" and i couldn't do anything on it. Then i uninstalled and reinstalled it, only to find that it now only has an offering for like 5 or 6 countries and mine isn't one of them. Totally disappointed and the "Avon On" app is a nightmare.. Hate it

I used to use this app to place my orders, loved it, worked wonderful. Now I've upgraded to a new Samsung phone with the latest Android version. Tried 5× to download the app, with no success . What's going on Avon? Please fix the problems. Can't loose data this way by installing the app and trying, trying, trying without success. Very disappointing.

App keeps on closing when I want to open it. I don't know if it is a technical problem but it only happens on my new phone. Can someone please send me a link so I can try and reload the app. I am a rep not a customer. Please can someone help me asap. I never had a problem like this other than the app closing on this phone it is very useful and I never had problems with it.

I have downloaded this app before and used In on past phones / tablets, for some reason the phone I have now is extremely complicated because I downloaded the app && I'm will not let me select unites states as my country & well I won't let me do a lot of nothing really. So either I have no idea what I am doing or my phone is just to slow and old or both haha it is not the actual app though. The actual app is wonderful very easy ! It is organized well, etc.

The brochure updates are always late. It's almost the end of the first fifteen days yet the brochure's still stuck at the previous month. If not for this issue, the app should've been perfect.

Wish I would've read the reviews before wasting my time on this app! United States isn't even an option and if you choose UK just to get your language in English, the password field is restricted to 10 characters so my 12 character pw was not accepted! Don't waste your time!!
