Allseated itself is great if you login via a desktop. The app however is more for just viewing and lacks any real functionality. This makes sense given it's a check in system though. Also as other users say there are some log in issues with the app.

I can't edit/create anything on the app. I have a galaxy s10+. We use phones for everything now days, they really need to make this useable on phones.
