The book and the bear sometimes go out of sync, but otherwise it's good. If you are having trouble with the Bluetooth connectionYou may need to adjust the app’s permissions in the Settings Menu. You can find this by going into your device’s Settings, then going into ‘Apps’. Then, go into your ‘Application Manager’ and select the Teddy Ruxpin app. In the Teddy Ruxpin Application Info menu, select ‘Permissions’. You will need to turn on both ‘Location’ and ‘Storage’ in this menu.

This app is frustrating, everytime I want to sync it to the bear I have to unistall and reinstall it for it to connect, and all though that is frustrating enough, because of the massive size of the app it takes so long to download. Please fix this

We like the doll and app, we just wish all of the stories were on there. We found some of the old books at Grandma's house from the 80's. My daughter wanted to hear Wooly and the Giant Snowzos and Teddy Ruxpin Lullabies 1 & 2.

Fantastic product. Both of children have gotten a huge amount of enjoyment out of teddy and his stories. My only complaints are that: 1. I wish there were more books, I own all of the ones releases originally and in 2018. 2. That you could have print versions of the book if you don't want to use the iPad. 3. The eyes are a bit bright wish I could adjist 4. Speaker volume can be a bit too quiet 5. 2018 books don't start with the title :( 6. Bluetooth conn. Is tricky at times

My son loves his bear, but I've tried connecting it on two different devices and I keep getting "teddy rejected the connection". It doesn't hold his attention for very long when he doesn't have the images to follow along with the story. I loved my teddy add a kid and I'm so disappointed that this doesn't work!
