This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Federal Shutdown Tracker on PC Windows and Mac.

It asked me to install Adobe Air, which surprisingly is still a thing. It also hasn't been updated in seven years. The countdown doesn't work and most of the links don't work. I feel like this was put together by the "developer" to make a quick buck.
