De app is op zich leuk en leerzaam, maar kent helaas een technisch mankement dat het haast onbruikbaar maakt. Na enkele minuten gebruik treedt er enorme vertraging op, waardoor input niet of veel te laat wordt geregistreerd. Het frustreerde mijn zoon zo erg dat hij de app al snel afsloot en iets anders ging doen.

Maak eerst een app goed af. Bij registreren met verificatie per SMS moet je uit de app om de SMS te lezen maar dan moet je opnieuw inloggen. Dit gaat dan vervolgens niet meer, noch kan ik de hele registratie opnieuw doen omdat ik dan krijg "kaartnummer al geregistreerd". Maar bij inloggen is het "gebruiker onbekend". Ik kan dus niks meer met de app, goed bezig mensen.

Completely useless app that hangs all the time. When I had an older phone
(s4 mini) I thought it was just my phone that couldn't handle the app, now
that I have a s8, app STILL doesn't work. Is it any wonder there are so few
museum 'inspections'? Frustrated people like me just stopped bothering to
send in a review anymore since it hangs on you EVERY SINGLE TIME.
