Okay selection of programs but it's practically unwatchable because the app is so appalling. It doesn't keep up with your watch history so you're constantly having to remember where you're up to in a series. It keeps trying to make you watch the first episode of a series over and over rather than resuming from where you left off. Spelling errors and incorrect program info all over the place. It really needs some work.

I had to buy a new TV to use ITVX. Thankfully it worked on my phone. It often throws up errors. Had problems with the live function a while ago, thousands did also. No picture in picture. The add breaks are long and if you pause more adds get shown, like a punishment. When the program ends, it won't let you out of full screen, if I'm using my tablet. Often programs don't autoplay I like ITV, don't rate the app.

Startup noise needs to be removed - very annoying. Too many ads but the mute button is your friend. A countdown timer showing how long before the ads finish (like the Channel 4 app) would be helpful to know how long to ignore them while making a cup of tea. Streaming works well, no buffering. A good range of films in the catalogue. Interface clear and easy to use.

After 6 months of using itvx. It still leaves a lot to be desired, compared to all the other streaming apps. By that I don't mean the actual content. It really, really, really needs the ability to set up more than one "Adult" profile,the only option it has at present is to set up a "Child" profile. Why.. do you think I want to see where her in doors is up to on all of her soaps. I have upped my original score to X2 stars as it now seems to have stopped crashing on my phone.. still needs work!!

Truly horrific app, how can you get the basics so bad. I'm running on Google TV and it's buffering constantly then losing lip sync, then completely skips adverts. Also can't search on the TV app as it hides everything with a huge keyboard that won't hide. Yet you want people to pay for add free when you can't even get an app to work. It used to be a rubbish app that had glitches but since the most recent update literally unusable. In a world that predominantly streams this app is rubbish.

Annoying that even when your phone is on silent it opens up with a welcome sound. It's on silent for a reason! I wish it would automatically play the next episode of a programme like every other streaming service rather than having to find the programme again and find the next episode. Beyond tedious. Worst app I've come across, especially when casting.
