Crashes my phone, won't work with Samsung Dex. Got the Air Pro2 because i loved the first generation glasses. The first gen worked seamlessly and I loved them. But I can't get these to work for the life of me. The app slows my phone down to the point where I can't get it to move. The nebula app does nothing my glasses either have a black screen or the Samsung dex comes up and my phone screen won't do anything so I can't control the glasses. No track pad, no menu, nothing.

I have a Galaxy s20 plus. On first try the space app didn't open. I tried it a few more times. Finally it did open and it works fine now. I would wish for a very complete manual. I've been playing with the system for a couple of days now and there are still things I can't quite figure out it about controlling it. I hope Nreal is going to release a very thorough tutorial. The device and the interface are simply not as intuitive as they hope it is. An app store would be great too.

If you use a S22 Ultra, make sure to turn off Dex mode when you plug in the glasses. You can use either in dex mode, or nebula mode, not both. I watch Netflix, vudu, Hulu, and my other video apps in dex mode. Nebula app has extra features that are very cool. You can adjust the size of the screen, and depth of the screen. When they add on more apps, it'll be great. Can't wait until they do, so we can optimize our viewing experience.

Nice start. It would be great to see actual app support instead of just web apps. Wireless windows desktop support would be cool too. A center button in the ui would be nice so I don't have to crane my neck to look at my phone. The ability to create web apps to launch from the home screen. There are bugs like crashing on YouTube and the inability to go into fullscreen more than once.

. Well the app is very useful and gives me an AR experience I can actually use. If you use ar space you can browse internet and watch videos ECT while you do other things with the video overlayed on your reality. I found it to work really well actually, for watching videos and browsing internet, the way the phone turns into a mouse works well, and the ar environment with head or body tracking is very cool. Just need to be able to put any app on phone into the ar space.

This system has potential but I'm currently underwhelmed. I have an S21 Ultra with an updated OS and NONE of the AR apps load. The Unity loading screen appears and then they crash. Every one of them. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone, etc. and nope, none of them work. I'll revisit my rating when they do. Update: after a month of trying to use this horrible product, I have decided to seek a full refund. I have revised my 2 star rating to 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.
