I Can't reset the Password, everyone else is complaining about this same issue.....I received the 4 pin code, I enter it in less then 30 seconds, yet the system keeps saying the code have expired....I tried this over 10 times spanning 10 days! No go!

The ID and passwors received for KHDA app..when used it just stop after asking for password reset it bever downloafs so..what is the use...maybw the ID and password is just a confirmation that you registered your child in KHDA...but the app never works at all...

Pathetic, Got email to confirm mobile and email. I get the link on sms to verify but it doesn't work. The help option doesn't connect. The idea to go digital is great and visionary but i has to work.

This is a waste of time. KHDA should check these apps before sharing with parents particularly at the time of year that all parents are interested in their services which is the start of school year.

KHDA should pay attention to their app. It looks pathetic. Moreover i am unable to reset password At ALL. FAQs are also useless. One of the worst app from Dubai Government. Usually their apps are quite good.

The worst app ever. Crashes immediately when you receive the sms code. Please improve. And this is happening from few months. The developer does not care to fix it. WORST!!!!!
