Im using P20 Pro but the app doesnt work. Ive tried to tap my card in different ways at the back of my phone. It doesnt do anything.

The app could have been great but it's giving me "Transceive Failed" message after reading the card. After that, NFC stops working, cannot read the card, so I have to turn NFC off then turn back on. My device is Samsung Note 3 with model number SM-N9005 and OS version Android 4.4.2.

it is working on my galaxy note 5 (just turned on your NFC), however, it is not up-to-date and not real-time.. need to wait for atleast 12hrs for the recent transactions to appear.. please fixed this and i will give this app 5 stars.. thanks..

Works on my Xperia Z1C. Very convenient app, I'll know when i need to reload, coz some of the POS in SM Malls are not working (I'm looking at you megamall) so i can't check my balance when i need to.

Not working properly with my note 3. Previously works great on my note 2. Now it shows incomplete info in my note 3. Only shows balance left. And always transceive failed pops up whenever tapping my card.

Perhaps you should update the design of the app based on the design language imposed by Google, the Material Design. Looking at the app hurts my eyes.
