This game USED to be great. I spent some good time and money on it. After a recent Oct. 2017 update, now all of a sudden my account no longer exists!!? I'm expecting help from their customer support to get my account back, or a refund.

The game staff is no longer existing. I have emailed them for a in game app purchase. Also contacted tnem on facebook as recommended in faq. It has been 4 weeks now no reply and I am requestiong a full refund of all in app purchases. Some purchases never worked and you can't get then if no one is alive in staff. I am willing to accept a reply or refund as a change of heart. Going on what 7 weeks now?

Developers have not been updating and seem to be procrastinating. It seems they have been either getting lazier or maybe have insufficient funds to do so. Also will not let me log in as of today. Says loading and update failed.

The game itself is good but recently they made some changes and now when I try to login as usual using my Google account the app forces me to create a new game account and as a result I've lost everything that I had spent my money to buy on my old account. It's quite simply ridiculous and I will not be playing this game anymore.

No support for this game at all i purchased 3 packs and never received 8 months later after 10+ emails no response and now the game is stuff on connecting screen
