GOTY 2019. This is a hidden gem. The intricate game design and the gameplay mechanics are somewhat reminiscent of 80s dungeon crawlers and the graphics certainly take you back to the era of SNES games. The devs are super friendly and will take suggestions easily. It's simple and at a first glance it might seem easy but the difficulty gets progressively harder and the dynamics of how easily a wrong press of the button can make you restart makes me think of hardcore rogue likes.
