When I had to get new phone, I downloaded your app and lost all my progress, I was at almost 2000 level and now have to start at the the beginning even though on opening page it greets me and says my old level. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall this app. Due to not being able to download your app on old phone after factory reset, I was unable to restore my progress, so therefore I'm having to restart my game. The welcome page still shows me at my old level, but am starting over.

Fun game, tons of levels. Newest update (3/1) fixed previous issue of it crashing while trying to open the app. Now there is an issue where the letters are almost spelled out perfectly on the top line for each word

Fun game.. that is when you can open it! 8 out of 10 times you can't! I see by reviews this has been an ongoing problem that obviously hasn't been fixed

Unfortunately since I've been able to play this again all the words appear to be spelt out in the top line, often in exactly the right order.

It's a fun game but now it can't load the game after the update. Using Android 9 here.
