I've emailed the developers about few issues but no response. I've subscribed twice for daily gems and first time I couldn't get gems after Prestige 1. And today second subscription stopped working after update - it says I've got only 9 days left even though I have paid for a month couple of days ago. The countdown clock to collect gems is stuck too!!! Also the game keeps taking me back to level 15 over and over again even though I've unlocked the mine to at least level 19 earlier today.

The pvp is ridiculous, 20 loses and 1 win from a bot, I'm trying to get light shards for a better torch, but it dosen't work! Make a second way for light shards or I'm not playing anymore!

There are so many glitches, I keep getting kicked out of the game for doing nothing. If the fixed the glitches then it would be a better game.

Help I downloaded the game but once I get to the main screen it brings up a loading page and it doesn't load. Had it sitting for two hours and still didn't load. I would love to play it.
