Freeciv is awesome, but this port is not good. The tap-based controls are incomplete. There doesn't seem to be a way to automate workers, etc, without using the keyboard menus. The tutorials and help files are also incomplete, and the controls aren't even documented for this port. It is "literally un-playable."

I really enjoy the game, even if the port over and controls are alittle goofy. It is still a great game to have on my mobile and chrome book. Since some of the newest updates on my Chrome book it sometimes has to be reinstalled. Still a great game and love to have it.

I appreciate that it's a volunteer project. But really not properly adapted to mobile phones. However, scratches that itch. Still has annoying rules, like if you have 10 units in a space and one loses combat, they all die. Can't see the text notifications in the game.

Game balance seems a little outdated. City walls make conquering cities nearly impossible, even with cannons (a defending phalanx will kill your cannon) . Diplomats can destroy the walls but the chance is like one in twenty.

I used to love Sid Meyers Civilization. Was so happy to play again, but alas... I've downloaded on Android, and though I have no keyboard options, it still demands I use one to undergo functions. Says press "b" to build a city, yet there is no "b" to use. So, I can't even play this game due to incompatibility to android... so why offer it? You have really let me down.

Fun if you remember playing way back when, possibly not if you don't. Interface is not perfect and some functions unavailable, but when the game was designed they never dreamed we'd be playing on a phone with touch screen. lol
