Constantly while I am playing tournaments CAN'T VERIFY YOUR LOCATION and it cuts me off from playing and normally it happens right in the middle of the game! GEO Location is installed and it is useless... I have to log out and log back in which is time consuming and by the time I get back to the game I may or MAY NOT have any chips left!!! AND YES I AM CONSTANTLY REINSTALLING THE APP! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS...

OK, the app often gets location issues. Wish it was multi-state. The app crashes often, and it is hard to log in. Sometimes, I have to log in repeatedly to get on site. And yes, "I have updated my app." I still get dropped during games and tournaments for location issues. FYI, I haven't left my state in 15 years, so location issues, lol 😆. Games are good, and I like the tournament structures. Would give 5 stars as I have won and cashed out, but the crashing and location issues are a problem

Worthless. Rip off. Still haven't fixed my promotions worst site in michigan now location problems always crashes , and they don't even fix my promotions and when the casino crashed a few weeks ago, they still havent made everything right to me , and they say they can do whatever they want because of the terms and agreements, been a customer for over 3 years and referred many friends and this is the appreciation I get, I would not recommend this app or casino to anyone any more save your money

The site overall is pretty well structured. Biggest complaint I have is the app repeatly loses my location saying they can't locate me in MI, I get to finish the hand, then I have to exit and reload the app. This potentially causes me to automatically fold a few hands each time it does this. Extremely bad later on in tournament play, cash not so much but loading the app can be glitchy and so is getting back into my seated tables. Please resolve. No other sites I've tried has this issue.

It sucks. It is constantly kicking u out and when u try to log back in it goes to a white screen. Takes 3 or 4 times to enter the game everything. I've lost hands in tournaments over 100$ and they do zero compensation. You try and call customer service and they connect you to people that could care less. Garbage application they can absolutely do better but they don't. Go to poker stars where things work proper! I'd rate it zero stars if it let me.

The absolute worst app ever!! Wish I could give negative stars...constantly being booted because "my location can't be verified", yet I'm allowed pay to play and play, every time I was booted during play only happened when I had a winning hand. I uninstalled the app prior for the same reason, I'm uninstalling again, never, ever to be reinstalled!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
