Doesn't cost quite AS much to stay competitive like similar games (GoG, KoA). I'm updating this after playing for a while- it definitely starts costing more as your town gets bigger to keep up with others. If you don't it's hard to participate. Ultimately, like most of these games, it becomes a spending game not a strategy game. Additional update: they have added more "features", new guards and instructors, both of which are difficult to get unless you spend a lot more. Becoming a big money grab

spent $100 or more on packages, hrs of work building up town, only to get attacked. I know that's the point of game, but w/ my job can't always check on a shield. Got attacked by same person 3 times in less than 2 hours! If I knew this I wouldn't have spent all that money and time. Would be nice to have auto shield after being attacked so that wouldn't happen. Very disappointed, work too hard for $$ to lose it by repeated attacks! Deleting game just not worth it anymore!!!

This game is very unfriendly to new players. Mosst games like this have an easy navigation area. Like, when the Research queue is empty, you can just tap on that and it brings you to the Academy. But not this game. You have to remember where the tutorial put it. Or I guess know what the developers THINK an old west academy looks like? Because NOTHING is labeled. On top of that, construction takes literally 10x longer than most of these types of games. 20 minutes from level 1 to 2? Ridiculous!

Horrible. Clickbait. Not any real challenges unless you pay real money. This game all you do is upgrade and wait. Got the town hall to level 7 and still couldn't do much. No real strategy needed. Lots of things to upgrade, build your town type game. Interested in the ads game play but it turned out to be nothing like they were advertising. Another scam. It would be a better game if they stop with the so much details and make a simple fighting game... the maps and quest is overwhelming for sure👎

I put in more than an hour in this game, not sure if I finished the tutorial or not. Spent an absurd amount of time just clicking arrows pointing to parts of the screen and highlighted objects. Then clicking "Free" to finish the upgrade or build. Usually these games allow 2 or 3 free builds/upgrades. It just kept allowing free after free after free upgrade. I dont even know what I was building cause I was just trying to get through to the part where I do stuff on my own but it just never ended.

The best part about this game is that you don't have to manually collect resources, your production just accrues. Everything else is mediocre to poor. The wild west theme is an awkward fit for the kingdom builder mechanic, the graphics are meh, and the interface is clunky. You should be able to help allies just by clicking the help icon on the main screen; taking you to a separate screen to approve help requests is an annoyance. There are better kingdom builders out there, but also worse.
