Too much clicking. At a mode or otem that you can buy that does 2-3 clicls a second.

The English makes it nigh on unplayable, as it's painfully difficult to understand the Tutorial, making the game itself significantly more difficult than it needs to be. Has potential if someone fluent in English rewrote it all, but that seems to be done with Google Translate.
