As of today, I am uninstalling this app from my phone. Very sad, because I have enjoyed it for years. But it's clear that the developers no longer have any interest in maintaining and updating this out. Daily challenge is gone as of the 1st of 2021, the other challenge puzzles on the top left corner of the game have been gone for months, and I can't get any response or acknowledgement from the developer team no matter how I try to reach out and contact them. Maybe I'll check back in a month or t

I gave 5 stars because game is awesome. BUT since New Year I haven't been able to play the daily puzzles. It says unable to complete action try again later. I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it didn't help it. I love playing the dailies and have never missed any since I've started the game and now starting the new year haven't been able to do them. Please let me know why.

Good game but bring back the Sam's Quest challenges. I finished the main game ages ago but 3 new daily quests isn't enough. UPDATE: Jan 2021, the game now seems to be broken completely. As soon as I open it I get a message saying "unable to complete action. Try again in some time". This has been happening for 3 days now. 😞 Shame.

Daily quest not working since start of the year, which is very frustrating. Not allowing me to log in with Facebook to sync game to my tablet. I have been playing Word Trek for more than 4 years and it is a great game when it's working properly. It's a shame the developers are no longer interested in fixing all the problems that are plaguing the game.

I've had this game for many years and played with friends, exchanging gifts etc. Over time I experienced various problems that I brought to the attention of the developers, which they fixed. However, a long time ago several game functions stopped. e.g. The word of the day is stuck on 'Paragon' and the ability to share gifts broke. Sam's puzzles became extinct. UPDATE: It's now Jan 2021, and the daily puzzle has broken! I suggest that if the game isn't fixed by March then ALL USERS UNINSTALL it!

I played this game on and off for the past 5 years and love it. But this year I noticed the devs don't care as much as they used to and the multiple ads are so intrusive now. I don't mind having an ad here and there to support the game. But an ad popping up almost every puzzle disrupts the game play. Small hints for the topic of the puzzle would help make the game more fun instead of frustrating.
