I am begining to tire of this game. Super spin means nothing because the wheel hits 200 most of the time. Purchased coins are gone in no time because game payouts are few and far between. The one thing that is constant is the request to buy and buy some more. Even the chance to complete lucky cards is hard because the chance of getting new cards are low. Why bother?

Used to be great years ago. Bonus wheel is 120 90% of the time, takes days to level up instead of hours, spin odds are 20%, bonus games and LCards are very rare. 6 pop ups/ads just to start a game. Would sue if I ever spent a dime on it! Update-its gotten a lot worse! 2b will be gone in 5 mins! Dailys are unattainable, super spins at 200 90% of the time. I feel sorry for those who lost $$. Went from 77B (level bonus) to 0 in <1hr Algos have changed to 4% win. Shame guys. 11/16/23-even worse

Ever since the update I either don't get my bonus points or don't get my 2 hours bonus points. It keeps saying connecting but I can still play the game I don't get my bonus points. 11/21/23, new problem try to start game, it goes through all the motions then when the game's ready to play it shuts off. Tried rebooting wifi cleared app and nothing. Everything else works except for this game.

I have been playing this game for at least a year. I enjoy the challenges & graphics. I'm a little disappointed as far as the charges for points. I have purchased the $9.99 PKG. and haven't been able to buy anymore points until the beginning of next month so the amount of points has been reduced to 6 billion from over 8 billion. Dang, that just doesn't seem fair to me.

Your constantly fail to fix the problem with my games, that I have been telling you about for over 2 years now. This time you say it could take a couple of months, all while my game is losing credits! Your monthly updates are insane! Only ppl who cheat would require a monthly update. By doing this it caused apps to disappear from my phone. For example, my messages icon got deleted during one of your updates. I had messages saved for a court case that are just gone now with no way to recover them

Overall, I really like playing. Having a huge issue with trying to contact support so I can link my loyalty lounge to the game, and I don't have any access to any of my Google accounts, aside from this brand new one I had to create, as my phone is completely inoperable and I can't get into those accounts due to 2 step verification. How do I get my LL back up and running because I'm missing out on lots of bonuses at the level I'm on???
