Been playing a few years now. Noticed in the last year, after I decided to make a small purchase, the game play changed. Before, everything seemed normal other than "all in" calls every hand by some players. However, it now appears the game is rigged. Hand after hand after hand that are winning hands (sets, straights, flushs) suddenly lose to even better hands. This will happen night after night after night too. It's unrealistic, and an obvious attempt to have you make another purchase.

I came back after 2 years away from this game and I am truly disappointed that Zynga has not fixed the major problems. You have players that know each other colluding with one another, you have players using multiple accounts at the same table, players using vulgar language, players threatening to kill players. This game is no better then when I left. Still being dealt the same exact cards over and over. Zynga claims they take things seriously but they don't because they would ban right away.

This is a game that has very little enthusiasm for the players in the world, it can be seen from the number of players who are online in the game, there have been no significant changes since years to get attract new players, the account suspension/banned rules that have long been implemented will only reduce players significantly.

Unrealistic card dealing, buggy app and bots who go all in on every hand and somehow manage to win. The app has on many occasions put me on a table I can't withdraw from because the app is freezing while you are being blinded over and over for 50 million or 100 million a hand. I just lost 150 million the second I logged in, unable to leave a table while the app froze. This has happened a half dozen times, and there is no recourse through support to get your chips back.

I have played for 10 years. Made it to level 500 and it took a long long time for Zynga to open up new levels. And now with the latest updates , I have to delete the game. You can play the game and loose all of your chips go to your ticket bonuses and not get enough points to continue to play, and I'm talking about the 30 ticket bonus. Leaving Zynga.

There's countless players that go all in pre-flop countless times in a row that completely ruin the game. Until the app fixes this issue and implements an algorithm against this type of play, I will not be returning to the app and watching your ads that have become very frequent. I go on the app, watch all these ads and then there's ALWAYS a player that goes all in pre flop in every hand and there is nothing to stop them. So I waste my time, lose all my money and then leave.
