I love the game. I dislike the fact that they do not provide an email address to submit complaints. It can only be made through some section of the app which is difficult to use. I've been experiencing issues with in-app purchases. I've made a complaint and the help desk keep on repeating that what I've purchased (mega inspire) is in my account. But it's not!!! I saw that other people are experiencing the same issue with Mega inspire.

It's serves as a pretty decent Boggle game, with plenty of room for improvement. Any actual use for tickets beyond useless stickers, the ability to disable the cheering/coaching interjections ("almost done!" being yelled as the clock ticks down does NOT help), and better matchmaking (been paired with far weaker players many times)... please just polish the app so it isn't as annoying as it is enjoyable.

Zynga always do this - completely ruin a good game. Made a simple game far too complicated all for the sake of $$. Power ups ruin the game entirely - basically allows and encourages cheating. Very telling you can not play without them! Maybe if Zynga actually played their game, compared it to the original one they might see how ruinous their game is. The tournaments also allow power ups - pay to win. The Coach AI is very poorly programmed. Zynga have totally ruined Boggle by monetizing cheating.

I love the game,unfortunately my experience is when I win a tournament or level up ,I never receive my prizes.Im told they were awarded ,but ate never added to my account. I restart and lose my progress, and it never works.I really enjoy the word play ,but its fustrating.

A fun game when it works. Half the player challenge requests I get won't load, the button just keeps saying loading. Have sent messages to the developer, but never get replies. Although I enjoy the game, the frustration of no backup support is sadly disappointing.

Game was working great until I upgraded my phone to S20FE. Now the in-app processes change size and certain functions are blocked by my phone's home and back screen keys. Wish I could keep playing!
