The idea of playing a vengeful Deity sounds fun, but it is clumsily executed. You build up a meter by striking people, but if you miss,even once, your meter goes back to zero. If you accidentally strike a person in a red shirt - back to zero. Maybe the game gets more fun after you get further along, but I can't see playing long enough for that to ever happen.

Instead of lighting, snowballs come down to kill the people for some lame reason... Change would be appreciated.

Colors are too dark and dull. And low quality graphics looks better, actually.

... Then I bought the full version. The graphics aren't as good in the full version. The free version looked like lightning, and the full version is raining. ???

Zeus is a top-down action game, putting you in the position of a God having a really bad day. :)

Your task will be to release your stress, your anger on the poor mortals below the clouds and thunder of your wrath.

But the mortals don't want to get wet by the rain or get hit by your mighty lightning and storm, so they are running from one safe place to another... With more or less luck...

Use the PowerUps to be more effective! Also beware the Curses, or use them in your stategy if you want!
Get more infos about them in the Tutorial.

By hitting the people running from your lightning, you can get bonus points by being accurate, and being fast.
You can make double, triple, multi, monster-hits, and Holy Cow achivement, making more and more extra points.
Being accurate grants you lightning with bigger radius, so you can hit more target at a time.

But be careful! There is one special character, who's death will negate your gained score in that actual hit.

Let the steam out... any God can have some fun some days! :)
So if you feel angry, stressed, or just eager to play, you can have big fun with Zeus.
Hunt the mortals with you're lightning and you will see, they fall like ripe fruit from the tree.
