The game is great fun and keeps you interested. I had a small glitch and emailed the developer. They responded quickly and resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend this game and the awesome backup.

I like the game but it does have drawbacks. You basically have to spend hours on this game everyday just to get anywhere. Rooms and expansions are extremely expensive. The expensive part wouldn't be so bad if you still made money even when your idle from the game, and you don't. That right there is something major that the developers need to fix. I'll give you a 5 star if you can make it to where you don't have to log in 20x a say just to still take days to get somewhere.

Great game but why the patients and staffs walk through path outside the hospital instead of inside? I did leave some space for them to walk within the hospital but they always walk the long way instead of the shortcut. Please fix this problem and I will give 5 stars.

I loved it so far. Just wish they could give option to add more doctors, nurse in the same room rather having to build a separate room.Beside with the cafe upgrading, the coffee boost need to increase too.

Nice game!!! Though I suggest the devs would make the trees or walls somehow transparent when moving rooms or items to make it more efficient....anyways, game deserves 5 stars
