ignoring the ads, the game is actually pretty good. Great time killer. Might be biased a little because I'm a sucker for history and WWI/II but still. This is a great side game to play, in my example i play VSRGs a lot, then when I take a break to rest my hands, i launch up this game to play. Its definitely playable without having to spend a dime, tho some of the $1 packs you get offered are really a steal. Overall would reccomend. :)

This game is going lower and lower every update after update, no more art of war, no more fun like the old days, more troops and massive wars, most servers are dead and for those who left it for a while and come back there will be no chance for them to feet on again, and more than that nothing is for free, it's only pay to get and win.

Its a lot better then other games of this type for mobile..how you move and use unit effects the outcome as much as the "spread sheet" of stats that this game uses. The gme is balanced well. Higher level players can hit you but not wipe you off the map. all you loose is resource gathering while your bases is down... rebuilding is free but your units cost funds (collected resources) to rebuild. This is also good as it means that even higher level players cannot indefinitely hit other players as they will run out of funds to repair their own units. The only way to get more funds, is send out supply trucks.. which everyone pretty much has the same collection rate... or do missions. Which means players are more likely to devote their resources to missions and development then griefing newbies. the only real bummer is that if you want to be competitive above the level 22 rank and break into the bigger cities... you pretty much have to buy the $14 a month benefits package...

The ads are lies and copyright infringement. The ad that took me to this game said "command and conquer: red alert" this game has nothing to do with c&c. This game is not even a real rts. They do exist on android. Find one of those and buy it. One time, no in app purchases. Stop supporting this business model.

Your latest update ruins the game. You had a great game which you destroy by making even NPC opponents too hard to beat without loses. Reverse it or you will lose a lot of player base UPDATE: Lilith is trying a lot to make the game better again, yet, it's still not what it was before. The updates that are being pushed out are a mixed bag and you never know when you get hit in the face again. You will need to do a lot more to gain back people faith in your game., but its a start

So, the ads overstate the strategy experience by a HUGE margin. That said, it is still fun to play and has enough varied content that it doesn't feel like just another resource management game done up in fancy dress. Multiple tech trees are pretty standard. Nothing new here. Best fun? Playing with the unit assembly tool. It'll empty your wallet, though. I ended up leader of 2 good sized alliances during May due to no shows. Then, FARM! It made me want to quit (Saw same comment above.)
