I really like the game and would give it more stars were it not for the fact that I do not understand how you reach a payout do they choose it do I choose it do I have to cash my tickets in....I'm not understanding...Old Lady needs help

I just lost everything. I went to play the game. made me sign back in I was on around level 105 Edit: 5/10/21. I've been playing for 3 years off and on. I finally was picked as a Winner. Still waiting on the email. Will update after.
