I got into the game and every time I do it freezes up after ultimately get out of the app or it'll turn off my phone weirdly and after we get back into and redo the whole thing just for it to freeze up again, I don't get why I can't play it I really wish I could.

You don't need to turn on airplane mode to skip the ads between levels. It's this simple... Go to the home screen. On the left side about midway down is a button marked no ads. Tap it and pay the whopping 99 cents to remove them. Works great!!!
