This game is almost 5 stars but it's got some core issues. The overall gameplay is fun though! 1) the pottery and bakery buildings do NOTHING. there's a clear plan for them to do something but with no one to hire, they're useless money pits. 2) when you first load up the game, all of your employees spawn in from their stations no matter what part of the schedule it's on. this can be detrimental for things like cooks and janitors (especially in the mornings). if these two get fixed, easy 5 stars

The game is really fun. I'm looking forward to having violent patients in the next hospital. I like the new hypnosis update. That was a really cool idea. I've read through the reviews and yes this game is hard to progress in if you don't pay for it. Watching endless ads. I think that the producers have put alot of work into this game and just like buying a computer game in the store I don't see anything wrong with paying them for their work. I get all money offers free bc I paid once.
