DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! This app Is not worth having on my phone anymore. I save up thousands of dice so I can win more tickets at a time to save up for a bigger gift card but now it seems they keep increasing the ticket prices more and more to the point to where it takes 2 years just to earn a $5 gift card. Not worth it at all. Uninstalling this useless app.

I changed my review because now they have no support if their is an issue. You can watch ads for rolls, but a lot of times, it glitches, and it doesn't credit you. They used to have a support button within that's gone. It has an email address in the about section but you get a bounce back email. Before discontinuing their other apps they took away physical items and increased the ticket price for the digital gift cards!

I enjoyed this game, played it for many years inconsistently. I was saving my tickets for a higher priced item, however, the last time I logged in every single one of my tickets were gone. I thought it was maybe a glitch so I left it for a while and came back to it. Nope, all my tickets are gone. Uninstalled and super irritated that all my work just disappeared.

Played this app for years (since 2017). Put in a lot of time to earn and save up my rolls and tickets. At some point in time the app updated and I lost everything. All that time and hard work wasted. So. Much. Time. It should all be linked to your account but nope. There are many other recent reviews where they experienced the same issue.

I've had this app for years and stacked up a ton of tickets and rolls. Now, all of a sudden, I'm logged out and can no longer log in through Facebook. I've tried logging in through the email address attached to my Facebook, but it's making me create a new account without any of the tickets are rolls that I've already earned, and there's no way to contact anyone because the email address they have listed goes nowhere, so the at least $100 worth of gift cards that I earned is just gone. Not okay.

I just recieved my second item from playing so I'm pretty pleased on that aspect. (Ordered 11/6 recieved 11/9). My only complaint is the ever since the last update, the videos for free rolls has been having a major issue. The videos always freeze or it says there is an error trying to play. Where I used to get 5-6 free rolls watching all the available videos at that set time, I'm now only getting 1-2. Fix please!
