Downloaded. Loaded $10. Tried to join a table and couldn't, was notified that I'm not allowed to play through this app because I don't live in the state of New Jersey, and there was no option to withdraw the $10 I loaded. After going through a laborious process to contact customer service, where I was not listened to (as if the person who was speaking to me either was not actually reading what I wrote (or, they didn't understand English.. 🤷)), I was told that I'd receive a refund in ~3-5 days.

This app is a piece of clumsy, poorly executed, garbage. It used to be simple, reliable and easy to play. Now it takes 5 or 6 tries to even open it. Once I do get past all the blundering incompetence in the opening, I play maybe 10 - 12 hands and it shuts down, and I have to repeat the whole infuriating process all over. I am done. Next time I get in (if ever) I'm getting my money out & going to play a site that actually works. Too bad. Whoever took this over ruined it with their ineptitude.

It is not the old one but I try it. And I hope the women who won money here like the lady in the ad with her 625$ buy bras. She needs it. And now they do not email people if people had an old account and forgotten the password. Yet another poker game that people are snowflakes offense and makes it harder for people to log in!

It is a very good app easy to get around on an it has plenty of games an options of things to win money on

Even as a loyal player I feel used for my talent. I can be first in chips in the first hour and lose it all to ridiculous coolers right before the money. This goes beyond collusion because the shifty hands I get that no one would dream of playing always hit when they are up against qq kk aa when I have hands I want to play they brick and chasing is the worst thing you can do on this site. Make the game fair because ever since I made my review I've been hit with 2x doomswitch
