When I started playing nearly a year ago, the game was still in beta, don't know if it still is but it is prone to frequent large changes (largest in past few days). If you persist with it the game is fundamentally good but remains somewhat unstable. Ignore the posts that say its pay to play, you can pay to speed progress of course but it can be played just as well free

This game is experiencing serious flaws in play right now! You will find yourself extremely frustrated when you spend many hours and dollars to reach a level, only to get consistently beaten by opponents of much lower rank. This game used to be fun until they ruined it with the last three updates. Wait until they fix it before you download it. I will update my review appropriately.

So far I like it, noticed lots of glitches that boot you out of game. When logged back in then can continue game play. Spinning wheel forces itself to land on 1 majority of the time - very noticeably. Other than that game plays well. Would like more guides on game play as when it glitches no way to go back to see what it was. Suggest a reference place for tips would be great!

I am getting charged for a subscription i paid for but never recieved the next months content and cannot get a responce from customer service nor get a refund. I would like either the content i paid for including the 6 days i've missed or atleast my money back.

I've been playing this for almost a year. I've spent a lot of $ on this game. They have added some great content, but with the constants disconnects, reconnects, bots, glitches, "coming soon" content that never comes, poor customer support,... I know me and at least 30 people who are ready to unsubscribe and move on to a game that will fix it's problems and cares about its customers. All this game seems to care about anymore is $.

Too glitchy!!! And the auto battle system is complete garbage!!! I like this game compared to others like it, because there's more to do and you can play for extended time. But, because it's so glitchy and the auto battle is so terrible, it isn't worth playing, so I deleted after just 3 days. The mini puzzles can be super obnoxious. Could be a great game...
