Overall, I am impressed and would love to know what framework/engine the game was developed in. (Unity? Maybe GMS:2?) Tappy drums is a great example for an initial prototype of a rhythm game. Not bad for an initial attempt at designing a rhythm game. Though, the actual beat-timing mechanics aren't really present. Although there are some missing elements, I understand that developing games (especially project's build dependencies) is very hard.
