A lot of the games pros and cons have been detailed in other reviews. But what really bothers me is the scoring system - it's actually a bit dumb. Why would you get extra points for completing a row or square when that's the easiest move on the whole board??? Unnecessary, seems like a misunderstanding of the game, skews points and just generally makes so no sense.

PROS: Quick games and opponents generally play back quickly. Boards are simple enough to make moves within the time frame of your turn. CONS: Lots of ads. Not sure if all opponents are real as they all play back as soon as I finish my turn regardless of the time. Extra points are given for completing a square, row, or column which is the easiest part of sudoku. You can still beat opponents though if you strategize right. There is no chat. But, overall a decent game to play sudoku online.

Its a great concept. I think it needs like a full board play, where you see who finishes the whole board the fastest, and maybe like a reasonabley priced ad free one. I also want to see what my opponets stats are, that i hope is added soon, thank you for a good competitive sudoku game overall!!

I was hooked on this game at first but I've gotten bored. I love playing with the same people but there isn't any chat features. There isn't anything to liven the game up

Decent game. No ad free options is lame. I'd pay a few bucks to avoid the 30 second adds every time I go.

Sometimes the screen freezes and it takes a minute or two to get back into the game. Other than that lots of fun.

*Play With New People*
None of your friends play Sudoku Friends - Multiplayer Puzzle Game? No problem! Choose a Random Battle and we’ll find you a game with a stranger. You’ll be matched with someone of your skill level!

*How To Play*
Just like regular Sudoku, the object of the game is to place numbers in the grid so that the numbers 1 to 9 appear only once in each column, row, and 3x3 box.
However, in Sudoku Friends you’ll only get three random numbers each turn. Place them in the right location and you’ll get 10 points. For every column, row, or box you complete, you’ll win an extra 30 points.
At the end of the battle, the player with the most points wins the game!
