Absolutely worked right away. No more hassle of constantly starting and manually positioning the timer. Have used the timer for over a year, but mostly on my S5 Active w/o issues. Got S6 Active (slower than S5) and timer never autostarted. Thx developers for fixing this vital Ingress tool!

2 stars for trying. Unfortunately, the timers are still not starting of you haven't used them in a day or two.
