Kept charging me Php375 (about USD7.00) every week for 2 full months. I don't recall ever signing up for subscription. Also, I uninstalled this app a long time ago so its so annoying how this happened. Only discovered what appears to be a fraud from an email I got. Reporting this, claiming full refund and would like to know how dispute resolution goes. I hate to say this, but this app might be a candidate for a class action as it seems it scammed off so many people over the past few months! MY REPLY TO THE COMMENT BELOW: It's easy for the developer to say that my purchase was authorized. But I am pretty sure that AT THE VERY LEAST, the attempt to get my consent was SNEAKY and worded in the most MISLEADING way possible. But I stand by what I said above. As a lawyer, I draft contracts for app developers. I am always careful to make sure that users are not misled into making purchases they do not intend. I would never intentionally subscribe to this app (which is expensive considering it's just generated), when I can buy magazines with hundreds of Sudoku sheets for a meager PhP10 (about USD 0.20). Having said that, I caution everyone about downloading this app, even if for "free".

I was not aware in any compacity That there was a monthly charge of $15.99. In Google play it has a simple install button. No charge is listed. It states there may be "in-app" purchases. Therefor I did not want or need to purchase this game. I would like a refund. It's deceiving as I would not know what I am being charged. In Google play it says in app purchases range up to $65. At no point did I want to upgrade or was even aware of a charge. Please refund me my money.

I downloaded and got set up for the free trial. When I downloaded it stated that you have to follow the instructions to cancel. Welp, I did exactly as it asked. I even emailed asking if I could get a confirmation on the cancellation and not one word except for my card continuously getting charged. I called my bank to reverse the charges and my bank said that the charges are valid. Such BS that I followed all the instructions to cancel and my account wont cancel and my card keeps getting charged. 🤬

Rather mediocre for Sudoku. I would rate the "Expert" puzzles as only medium difficulty. Also, this app encourages random guessing since it flags incorrect numbers even when they don't conflict with any of the filled in squares. (Stuck? Bored? Just guess until you're right.) I guess touting "one solution" as a feature, instead of a requirement, is a red flag. Overall, not worth 7 dollars total, much less 7 per week.

I don't play this game. And yet I'm paying £10.99 a month! I didnt know about this. Its been a whole year now, and this adds up to £131.88. WTAF!!!!!! I don't remember signing up for a subscribtion! I knew something wasn't right, with my account. I want every single penny back!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

It's a scam!!! I just cancelled my so-called "subscription" to this game. I merely downloaded it for points to be used in another game and was surprised to find out that I "subscribed" for platinum membership and was billed on a weekly basis. Don't download this game, it is a scam all the way.
