War in rounds makes it a slow and time consuming chess game. The money spent r not for directly buying the cards you like but for buying stones and consuming them in a lucky draw. I know it is a commercial idea to make continuous profit and as a player I dun mind to spend money, but only in a reasonable way. I would pay to buy my prefered characters directly but I hate the gambling like lucky draw which is really time wasting and players r losing their interest and patience in this game.

I always used Facebook login, but after the latest update in May 2020, the game lost all my account data and record. I tried to uninstall and reinstalled by using Facebook login again, but the game still cannot retrieve my record. I give up and will stop playing this game.

Please provide or link step-by-step instructions on how to retrieve the account before the update. When I use Facebook to log in, it starts a completely new profile. I don't know how and have no way to know how to use Facebook to log in to this game again to get my old profile back.

There is no compensation for the lost in the new event due to the system maintenance. You should beware and not to play the game a few hours before the launch of new campaign to avoid any potential lost.

Want to play again but the game server lost my account. So disappointed ☹️☹️. I have spent so much money on it and now they are just gone. Please fix the issue or no one else will ever play this game again.

2nd review: latest client recovery patch on May 3rd 2020, lost all my progress and it force me to restart as new game. so upset! 1st review: nice, fast and good expansion of characters
