Needs to update game for iOS users. Plenty have money invested in their bases including myself and this is highly disappointing to not be able to play. I’m taking away all my stars until this issue has been resolved. I see that T4Fun has responded to a few of these reviews but won’t respond through in game emails, T4Fun support emails, or any other form of communication. I’d also like to add that all their responses in these reviews don’t even actually address the players concerns. (Automated Computer Response Programming) Once resolved I will change this review and my star rating. Until then, cheers!

I was really happy with this game, but now I can't get back on. Couldn't connect to server. Updated app. Could connect, but now the app is asking for some type of confirmation. I can't read the language listing what is required to confirm. Please fix this. I have been enjoying the game and would like to get back to it. 4/29/21 Now I can get on the account, but once I went to Atlantis event...same issue.

This has got to be the worst support any game has ever had. Clicking "contact support" crashes the game. IOS players can't login for 2 weeks. Atlantis is buggy as heck. Get it together and either fix the game, or close it and stop wasting our time.

Latest updates made the game unplayable for a while. Couldnt get into the game without filling in some stuff - and it wont let you type or anything. It comes up all written in Chinese traditional script as well. Couldnt get into the game to raise with game support so also stuffed. Finally fixed after how long... problematic indeed...then when you think it's fixed, it happened again....I do hope it gets fixed properly

Great day Tap. Game worked after overnight update and then just wouldn't start. Applied the update from playstore and it wouldn't connect to the server. Another update on playstore a few hours later and it won't start again. Good play to drive people away from this game, let alone to be interested in starting afresh in sea game 2. Great time to do it too, day 2 of inter server battles.

I have played this game for almost 2 years and have spent a lot of money on it had fun with it first. But the developers have completely abandoned the game. Seventy five percent of servers are dead they refuse to do anything about it. They also do not do updates on Android any more just ios. For all the people that complained about customer service in other games you should see how bad Tap is. They have flat out ruin this game by doing and update a week ago and causing log in issues for Ios
