June 2020 - Update Glory update exponentially changed the balance of the game. I think the developers made a mistake. They should have increased the stages of unit specialty spread over year. At this point of the game, the big spenders maxed out Spec 3 within 2 months of release. We are now 4 months into release and non spending players still stuck on the spec 1 stage. This gives a very bad experience to players. At this point, I would not recommend the app.

With your latest update several players can't get in. Claims we need to update the game first. We do it and it gets us no where. That's on top of the ridiculous pay to play. Spenders move forward at rapid pace, while non spenders get left behind saving for month to just try and not be farmers. The connection stability is terrible. Brand new zones that don't need merges get merges while zone that have been around for 4 years are dying week by week don't even get a chance to merge.

Hackers run rampant zeroing players through their shields. The first time I figured it was a glitch. Today it happened again. Customer service continually refuses to help rectify the situation. Countless players continue to leave the game die to the terrible customer service and allowing the hackers to continue doing what they do.

I played this game for nearly 4 years, had my main base bid to a facebook that i had made sololy for this app. After i spent thousands with this account it suddenly got disband because i was using a fake name. I had a back up account which i started using and then the game got updated passed my tablets means and i ended up getting double rallied in a zone vs zone. Went from just under 1billion to 270m very disappointed in myself as well as this app because i let myself spend well over $13k

After playing this game from when it started, they came out with a update which I can't update or download, this needs fixed before I get zeroed and lose everything.

The game itself is quite a good war game with opportunities to grow your base and improve fighting capability. However game stability is a constant issue that the developers seem very reluctant to rectify and often blame customers devices or Internet connection. Customer service is woeful and communication with them takes days with often unsatisfactory results. My advice is play the game but don't spend money to grow your base, it really isn't worth it.
