A clever (and increasingly difficult) puzzle game that incorporates the importance of hand washing into the gameplay itself. Just saying handwashing is important doesn't connect emotionally--but seeing a patient die because you forgot to use the sink--and now you have to restart the level--kind of hammers the lesson home.
