We bought the full version. The games are easy and fun for my 2year old. He loves all the songs too. I wish there was a way to set the puzzles to a setting that the child doesn't have access to.

I am only on the 7 day free trial but I can not access any videos. I can download all of them but then it gives an error message saying," We are sorry can not load this content at this time please try again later" I have uninstalled and installed 3 times. Has anyone else had this issue?

Ive been charged for the full amount after the seven day trial and now when i go to the app it tells me i can start a 7 day trial . Im already paid up for a yr, which i should have just cancelled after my free trial was over. How can we solve the problem im dealing with as far as this app. If im paid up up for a yr already, everything should be available and unlocked? Im wrong about about the subscription

I was having problems with accessing paid content despite being full subscription. My issue has partly been resolved after following provided instructions. However it hasn't worked on my other phone yet. I also dont know how the refund for double subscription will be made. Contect itself is good once my child has access to it
