I've really been enjoying this game the past week or so but I got on today and all my progress was lost. I was over level 30 on my 4th hotel and it reset me all the way back to level 8. There's no option to connect the game to Facebook or anything so I can't get any of my progress back. It's very frustrating.

Fun game. Very addictive. I am now on level 59, I clear all the passengers and the level doesn't end, it times out and I lose. This glitch needs to be fixed.

I like the game but I don't get any of the cash it says I'm making. Like 82 for a level and I go back to home and nothing is there. I'm level 77 and haven't been able to update my bellhop yet. Kind of pointless

I was on like level 50 had 25000 dollars and almsot all skins and u updated it and took everything from and put me back on level 8 im deleting the app now and i played it for hours each day im so pissed and now i cant play it on level screen the 250 it offers for the update wont let me claim it and play level u guys messed this game up bad

Current version doesn't work., when you go into the game it shows you floors but there are no controls on the screen. It just sits there.

It was good until the most recent update. Now I can't play it at all. When it goes to start the level, nothing happens.
